Carnegie Challenge Cup Final Hull FC vs. St Helens
Rugby League fans intending to travel to the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final between Hull FC and St Helens at Wembley on Saturday 30 August are advised that rail journeys to and from London Euston will be severely disrupted.
Major improvement work on the West Coast Main Line means that the normal route for Virgin Trains through Nuneaton and Rugby will not be available because significant sections will be closed. Journey times will be considerably extended. There is no guarantee anyone travelling to Euston will get to London in time for the match.
The only Virgin Trains serving London Euston will be shuttle services from and to Birmingham International by an alternative, longer, route. These trains will have limited capacity and fans are recommended to make other travel arrangements.
